Readdy Credit Care is a monthly exploration protection benefit. When you’re unsatisfied with an AI-generated result, you can use the “Discard” action to undo the current version and restore the previous state. If that generation was created after the start of your current subscription cycle and you still have Credit Care usage available in the current month, the Credits consumed by that generation will be refunded.
  • Each eligible “Discard” consumes 1 Credit Care usage and refunds the Credits spent on that generation
  • Credit Care resets on its own monthly cycle, separate from how Credits are billed or distributed
  • Yearly plans may receive Credits upfront for the full year, but Credit Care still refreshes monthly
  • Readdy Credit Care is not a refund or compensation mechanism — it’s a subscription benefit designed to reduce AI exploration costs and failure risks

How It Works

1

Use AI Generation

Generate a version using AI, which will consume Credits.
2

Click the Discard Button

If the generated result doesn’t meet your expectations, click the “Discard” button.

3

Click “Yes, Discard” to confirm the discard action.
Confirm Discard
4

Discard Complete

After confirmation:
  • Your project will be restored to the previous version
  • If the generation is eligible, the consumed Credits will be refunded
  • If the generation is eligible, 1 Credit Care usage will be consumed
  • If the generation is not eligible, you can still discard the version, but Credits will not be refunded
Discard Complete
The “Discard” action cannot be undone. Once discarded, you cannot restore to that version again. Please confirm before proceeding.

Conditions for Credit Refund

When discarding a version, the following conditions must be met to refund Credits:

Generated After Current Subscription Cycle Started

Only versions generated after the start of the current subscription cycle are eligible for credit refunds when discarded

No Reward or Goodwill Credits Used

Only when the discarded version was generated using 100% subscription credits (no bonus or Goodwill credits) can the credits be refunded
You must also have remaining Credit Care usage in the current monthly Credit Care cycle when you discard the version. If your subscription was updated and a new subscription cycle began, versions generated before that new cycle started can still be discarded, but Credits will not be refunded and no Credit Care usage will be consumed.Versions outside the current subscription cycle can still be discarded, but Credits will not be refunded and no Credit Care usage will be consumed. If a generation used Reward Credits, Goodwill credits, or a mix of subscription credits with those credits, you can still discard the version, but Credits will not be refunded and no Credit Care usage will be consumed.

Examples

Example 1: You purchased a yearly Pro plan on January 15th and received your yearly Credits upfront. Your Credit Care cycle still refreshes monthly from the 15th. On March 20th, you generated a version consuming 25 Credits using only subscription credits, then discarded it on August 22nd while the same yearly subscription was still active and you still had Credit Care usage available that month.Refund Eligible: The version was generated after the current subscription cycle started, all consumed credits came from subscription credits, and you still had Credit Care usage available in the current monthly cycle.
Example 1: You generated a version on January 10th, then your subscription renewed or changed on January 15th and entered a new subscription cycle. On January 20th, you discarded the version from January 10th.Not Eligible: The version was generated before the current subscription cycle started. You can still discard it, but Credits will not be refunded and no Credit Care usage will be consumed.
Example 2: You used Reward Credits or Goodwill credits for generation, then want to discard the version. Not Eligible: The consumed credits are not from subscription credits only. You can still discard the version, but Credits will not be refunded and no Credit Care usage will be consumed.
Example 3: You used a mix of subscription credits and Reward Credits or Goodwill credits for generation. Not Eligible: The consumed credits are not entirely from subscription credits. You can still discard the version, but Credits will not be refunded and no Credit Care usage will be consumed.
Each “Discard” only refunds the Credits consumed by one generation.

Important Notes

  • Readdy Credit Care is not a refund or compensation
  • “Discard” actions are irreversible
  • Abnormal or abusive behavior may be restricted

FAQ

You can still “Discard” versions, but that discard will not refund Credits if you have already used up your monthly Credit Care usage. Refund eligibility becomes available again when the next monthly Credit Care cycle begins. Or you can click Upgrade to a higher plan to get more Credit Care usage.
No, unused allowances expire at the end of each monthly Credit Care cycle.
At the start of each new monthly Credit Care cycle. For paid plans, the cycle is anchored to the date you paid for the subscription and stays monthly even if your yearly plan gives you Credits upfront.
  • Upgrade to a higher plan: Takes effect immediately, and Credit Care usage resets to the new plan’s allowance
  • Downgrade: Takes effect at the next billing boundary. When the new plan starts, Credit Care begins a new monthly cycle with the new plan’s allowance
It can still qualify for a Credit refund as long as the version was generated after your current subscription cycle started, used only subscription credits, and you still have Credit Care usage available in the current monthly cycle. If the version was generated before the current subscription cycle started, such as before a subscription renewal or plan change took effect, you can still discard it and restore the previous state, but Credits will not be refunded and no Credit Care usage will be consumed.
They can still be discarded after the new subscription cycle starts. However, because those versions were generated before the current subscription cycle began, they will not trigger Credit Care. Credits will not be refunded, and no Credit Care usage will be consumed.
