Once you’ve created a project, you can publish it to the internet for others to access. To do this, you need to purchase a domain and publish your website to it. This guide will walk you through the domain purchase process.

1. Go to the Project Publish Page

Navigate to your project page and click the Publish button in the top right corner. This will take you to the project settings - Publish Project page.

2. Choose Whether You Already Have a Domain

When you publish a project for the first time, you’ll be asked: Do you already have a domain?
What is a domain?
A domain is the address of a website. For example, Google’s domain is google.com. To make your website accessible online, you need to purchase a domain and publish your website to it. Others can then visit your website through this domain.
  • If you already have your own domain, select Yes, I already have a domain and see How to Connect a Domain and Publish a Project >.
  • If you don’t have a domain yet, select No, I need to buy a domain. This guide will walk you through purchasing a domain, binding it, and publishing your project.
After selecting No, click Next to begin the domain purchase process.

3. Buy a Domain

Click Next to open the domain input panel, then enter the domain name you want to purchase. We recommend using a simple, easy-to-remember name (for example, Google’s domain is google.com). After entering the name, click Check.
You’ll be redirected to the IONOS domain purchase page.
  • If the domain is available, click Add to Cart.
  • If it’s already taken, choose one from the suggested alternatives and add it to your cart instead.
After adding the domain to your cart, click Continue.
Click Continue again.
Proceed to the payment page and click Continue.
Enter your payment details and click Continue again.
Check the box to agree to the terms, then click Continue to payment options.
Select your preferred payment method and click Buy now.
Click Go back to Shop.
After completing payment, click Finish to return to Readdy.

4. Back to Readdy and Wait for Setting

Readdy will check your payment status. Please stay on this page while the check is in progress—this may take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes.
When the check is complete, you will see a message indicating that your domain is being set up. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
  • Go to the email inbox you provided during the IONOS purchase, find the confirmation email, and click Confirm email address.
⚠️ If you don’t confirm within 14 days, your domain will become invalid.
  • After confirming your email, wait for domain verification and setup to complete. This usually takes from a few minutes to several hours (up to 72 hours maximum). We’ll send a notification email to your Readdy-registered address once it’s ready.
Your purchased domain will undergo review within the next 72 hours. If the review is not approved, it will result in domain purchase failure, and you will see the following page and receive a email from IONOS. Please try to purchase the domain again. If the issue persists, contact our technical support team via hi@readdy.ai or live chat.
In most cases, the domain will be automatically verified and configured, and you’ll receive a notification email once it’s complete.
Click Publish my website in the email to return to Readdy. You’ll see a confirmation page indicating that your domain is ready to use.
Before publishing, ensure you’ve gone to the email inbox you purchased the domain on IONOS and confirm email address.
In some cases (such as IONOS technical issues), the DNS setup might fail. Please sign in to IONOS and add the following DNS records to your DNS settings. Setup Instructions by Provider >And you can also contact us for technical support.
