Calendly is an online scheduling tool that lets people book meetings with you based on your availability, eliminating the back-and-forth of finding a time. It provides an online appointment calendar that allows your clients to conveniently schedule meetings directly through the website generated by Readdy.

Step 1: Create a New Event

Go to Calendly and click the Event Types menu to create a new event.

Step 2: Set Up Event Type

Choose an event type that fits your needs (e.g., select “One-on-One”) and complete the setup, then save your changes.

Step 3: Copy Event Link

After setup, a card for your new event will be generated. Click Copy Link to copy the event URL. Go back to Readdy, paste the link into the input field, and click the button to let AI generate a new version that includes the Calendly event.

Step 4: Test the Integration

It’s recommended to test the booking experience to ensure the Calendly component works correctly. You can check the booking results on the Contacts page in Calendly.
