Here's how to verify and resolve it:

### 1. Check for Recent Activity

Did you start a trial, subscribe to a plan, or upgrade recently?

### 2. Confirm with Family or Teammates

Someone with account access may have made the purchase.

### 3. Review Your Billing History

Log in to Readdy > Click your avatar (top-right) > **Subscription** > **Manage Billing & Invoices** to see past invoices and payments.

### 4. Contact Your Bank or Card Provider

They may have more details about the charge.
